Made in Russia, the 6N1P (6Н1П, sometimes rendered as 6H1N) is a miniature dual triode designed for low-frequency amplification and audio driver stages. Its design incorporates an internal shield between the two triode sections, allowing them to operate at different signal levels with reduced interaction. Housed in a nine-pin glass envelope, it uses a 6.3V, 600mA heater; its heater requirements and operating characteristics should be checked before substitution in circuits designed for the ECC88/6DJ8 family.
