Made in Russia, the 6N2P (6Н2П, sometimes rendered as 6H2N) is a miniature dual triode designed for low-frequency amplification. It belongs to the Soviet tube family commonly compared with the ECC83/12AX7, although its heater wiring and internal screen distinguish it electrically. Its glass envelope houses two triode sections with a nominal amplification factor of 97.5 and a 6.3V, 340mA heater; the different pin connections mean it requires an appropriate adapter or circuit modification for use in an ECC83 socket.
All Archive tubes are thoroughly tested, inspected, photographed, and inventoried, guaranteeing the quality of each tube that's shipped to customers. All tubes carry an Apos 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Because these are genuine New Old Stock tubes, small cosmetic irregularities may be present. These aren't defects but artifacts of vintage manufacturing and decades of storage. They have no impact on reliability or sonic performance.
